# Adding New Conversations

Manage your communications through a versatile and intuitive interface that allows you to start and monitor conversations with your contacts effectively.

### How to start a new conversation:

1. **Access the Conversation Manager**: From the main dashboard, go to the "Conversation Manager" section.
2. **Initiate a conversation**: Click on the "New Conversation" button to start a dialogue with a contact.
3. **Select the communication channel**: Choose the appropriate channel for your conversation, such as SMS, email, or another supported medium.
4. **Compose your message**: Write your message in the provided text field.
5. **Send and track**: Once sent, monitor the conversation in real-time, and manage responses as they come in.
