# Assign Conversation as Favorite

**Assigning a Conversation as a Favorite**

Assigning a conversation as a favorite allows the user to keep all communications that hold a certain level of importance in a folder, making them easily accessible when needed.

To assign a conversation as a favorite, you should:

1. Go to **Communication Sending**.

2. Access the conversation you wish to use.

3. Press the **Favorites** button.

If the user wants to search for a conversation that has been previously assigned as a favorite, they should:

1. Enter the **Communication Sending** tool.

2. Click on **Favorites**.
