# Exporting Reports

Once you have entered the ${color}[#ef4b26](**Report View**), you can export detailed reports of your communications for further analysis or auditing purposes.

### Steps to export reports:

1. **Access the Report View**: From the main dashboard, navigate to the "Reports" section.
2. **Select the report**: Choose the specific report you wish to export from the available options.
3. **Click on "Export"**: You will find the export button in the report's interface. Click it to start the export process.
