# How to Clear a Contact List in DANAconnect

DANAconnect provides users with a tool to clear all entries from a contact list. This feature is useful when you need to start fresh with a list without deleting the list itself.

### Steps to clear a contact list:

1. **Access the Contact Lists section**: Navigate to the "Contact Lists" area from your main dashboard.
2. **Select the list to clear**: Choose the contact list you want to clear.
3. **Click on "Clear List"**: Find the option to clear the list, usually located in the list's settings or options menu.
4. **Confirm the action**: A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm that you want to clear all entries from the list.
5. **List is cleared**: After confirmation, all contacts in the list will be removed, but the list itself will remain available for future use.

Clearing a contact list allows you to manage your data efficiently without the need to delete and recreate lists.
