Edit a Record in a Contact List

After creating a record in your Contact Lists, you may need to edit it to update information or correct any errors. DANAconnect allows you to easily edit records to ensure your contact data remains accurate.

Steps to edit a record:



Access the Contact Lists section: Navigate to the "Contact Lists" area from the main dashboard.
Select the contact list: Choose the list that contains the record you want to edit.
Locate the record: Find the specific record you wish to modify. You can use the search function to quickly locate it.
Edit the details: Click on the record to open it, then make the necessary changes to the fields.
Save the changes: After editing, ensure you save the changes to update the record in the contact list.

Keeping your contact records up-to-date is essential for effective communication and accurate segmentation.
