Exporting Reports

Once you have entered the Report View, you can export detailed reports of your communications for further analysis or auditing purposes.

Steps to export reports:



Access the Report View: From the main dashboard, navigate to the "Reports" section.
Select the report: Choose the specific report you wish to export from the available options.
Click on "Export": You will find the export button in the report's interface. Click it to start the export process.
Choose the file format: Select the desired format for your export, such as CSV, Excel, or PDF.
Download the report: After exporting, download the file to your device for storage or further analysis.

Exporting reports helps you maintain a record of your communications and ensures you have the necessary data for compliance and auditing needs.
