Two ways of using and sharing webforms URLs

There are two ways you can use the webforms url to input data to your databases:

Using it on your website or landing page
This is usually used for collecting information from leads or customers that arrived at your landing page and you don’t have their contact yet. Also, this allows you to activate an automated event when the customer sends the form. For example, sending a thank you message to the customer and sending also a message to a sales executive.

Sending it by email or text message to your contact list from a conversation
If you need to gather information from the contacts you have already, you could send a web form by email or SMS that will fill the data directly to the database you configure for it.

This is useful to update or gain more information from your contacts and getting them to upload documents and accept terms with an electronic signature.
